Watermelon Dress

I just can't stop making this dress! I love it. This version is a copy of Ellen from wild about color Its made of cotton yarn. I used a larger hook and hopefully it will fit my one year old grandaughter. Again this lovely dress pattern you can find here

You know, if you have enough room around to fit a 1 year old, then you could add a few rows to lengthen it just a little if need be. I would probably repeat the rows before the edging, to give room through the hip area. I've thought about re-working the pattern to get maybe a size 2t or 3t.

That is gorgeous!! I started that pattern, but I got it all twisted up after doing the first couple of rows. Any suggestions on how to do it so that it doesn't twist up on me??

Oh this is so scrumptous. very nice job. I've gotta' get on the kids to have some girls, the last three grandkids were boys and this would not go over well. ;-)

Could you explain how you made the seeds? Are they just embroidered on after?
