Watermelon Dress

I just can't stop making this dress! I love it. This version is a copy of Ellen from wild about color Its made of cotton yarn. I used a larger hook and hopefully it will fit my one year old grandaughter. Again this lovely dress pattern you can find here

Another Dress for Charity

More quilting

I have had a wonderful weekend all to myself! Few and far between. I finished the binding on the monkey quilt and found this wonderful Monkey ribbon to wrap it up with. I love the back of the quilt after being washed you can appreciate the quilt lines.

The next quilt I started is with California dreaming fabric. I just love the orange and pink! Another strip quilt. Fast and easy, fun to put together like a puzzel. Happy Sunday!

Is it me or is it a royal pain in the butt to load pictures anymore..blogger keeps giving me an error message!

this is what I worked on this afternoon. A quilt for a friend who is having a boy. I have enough of this fabric in my stash for several more quilts. I love the strip quilt it goes fast and I love the straight lines. Still have to sew on the binding but I have completed most of it.

Busy Busy!

Finishing up this quilt..working on the binding now. Had to find just the right binding. I think my quilting MOJO has returned. I am not confident of my free motion quilting after three years of practice. I am sure it will come.

Also got this gigantic pineapple kit today from Mary Maxim..I love it and I am sure it will be a great seller on Etsy. Not so sure about working with L hook I dont like working over a size J.
