Pluggin along!

Been very sick with flu bug this last week, I am very run down like I have never been before. Just a few pictures of hats I made for my boys at Christmas, JR and Baby Tommy and a scarf I am making for my friend Beth who, has been for me more than I could imagine someone would be there for someone and I dont know why. I am so very grateful to her and she deserves more than this scarf but at this time its all I can give. I have so many good friends and family that have been there for me during this time, I thank god everyday for each and everyone of you and hope I can be there for you as well someday. This is my happy place, I sit here drink tea, read, crochet, pray...I have been sitting here a lot lately. This set was my Christmas gift from my hubby and I love it!

A dear friend of mine asked me to make some mittens and a hat for her neice in NY and of course I used my favorite pattern from Bevs country Cottage! If you have not been there please visit her site. She has wonderful patterns for Charity and great ideas. These are the pictures of when I finished and then my friend sent me one of her wearing them, Isnt she adorable!!! I must say I hate, hate making pom poms but this one turned out great.

Update!

I am a bad blogger! I just wanted to update everyone. We had a wonderdful Christmas. My Baby Boy was home with his baby Boy, and his beautiful wife Rachie. We had a great time. He is a wonderful man and we are so very proud o f him!

We were fortunate enough that my daughter did come for a short visit. Please continue to pray for her she is not well and still choosing to go down the wrong path in life. She is young and still has time to figure it out!
